The aquatic creatures Ros creates are an intriguing combination of recycled and reclaimed household objects, such as tins and old tools; and brightly glazed hand-moulded ceramics. She creates the heads and tails of the fish to perfectly emerge from the bodies.
Ros was born in Stratford upon Avon, and has a B.A. (Hons) in Three Dimensional design (Ceramics) from the University of Wolverhampton School of art. She returned to the University recently to teach the first year degree course.
Ros has a reputation internationally and has exhibited across Europe, Scandinavia, Dubai and California. At the time being her work can be seen in a number of UK galleries.
She has taught in several schools throughout Warwickshire and works with community groups running workshops.
Rosamonde works in a converted stable at her home near Stratford upon Avon.
